Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on LinkLion. By subscribing to LinkLion Pro or purchasing any product through our platform, you agree to this policy.

2. LinkLion Pro Subscription

LinkLion Pro is a one-time payment subscription that unlocks Pro features for a lifetime (or defined period as advertised). Due to the digital nature of our service, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

However, we recognize that errors can occur. We will issue a full refund if:

  • You were charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error.
  • Your payment was processed but your account was not upgraded to Pro within 24 hours and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase and have not used any Pro features (at our discretion).

3. Creator Products (Earn Section)

Products listed by creators (digital downloads, courses, bookings) are purchased directly from independent creators. Refund eligibility for these purchases is determined by the individual creator.

LinkLion acts only as the platform facilitating the transaction and is not responsible for refunds on creator products. Please contact the creator directly for disputes. If a creator is unresponsive, contact us at support@linklion.in and we will assist.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for a LinkLion Pro subscription, please:

  1. Email us at support@linklion.in with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay Payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email).
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.

We will review and respond to your request within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.

5. Cancellation

As LinkLion Pro is currently offered as a one-time payment (not a recurring subscription), there is no ongoing subscription to cancel. Your Pro access will remain active for the purchased period. If a recurring subscription model is introduced in the future, you will be notified and given the option to cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.
